Following my PhD, I promised myself that I would do something creative and that I was passionate about, and photography was the clear choice. I used to take photos all the time when I was younger, and even won some contests at secondary school. My partner, who is a videographer/filmmaker, encouraged me to get stuck into it because they knew I had an eye. I took their advice, and I haven't looked back since. Photography has been a great creative outlet for me. I love capturing moments, and I am always looking for new ways to express myself through my photography.
